The guys over at PBF found an unannounced page up on their site entitled Tactical Field Manual. however you have to have either a EA or Xbox live account to gain access to this information.
However for the past two hours I've been working on assembling an off line version for those of you who do not have an account or wish to log in, each time to view this information.
Spoiler alert for those of you who wish to be surprised when you first install your game. This manual covers weapons, maps and vehicles in game
